A Status for client that are currently worked on instead of just check-in.
It would be very helpful if we can have a separate status for customer who is currently worked on by a technician.

The "Active" Status within the Front Desk view can be used to indicate an appointment that is currently in progress. If you do not currently have the "Active" appointment status visible in your Front Desk view, it can be enabled in the Manage Tab, under "Active Appointment State -> Enable Active Appointment State"
