Past due membership reminders
Clients will get an email / text reminder when their membership payment doesn't go through & their account will get flagged with a tag for past due membership, so it's more noticeable if / when that client books an appointment!
Hey folks! Thank you for your idea! You'll be happy to hear that this week we released a feature that notifies the client when their membership payment doesn't go through, and then guides them through a process to update the card on file. The membership fee is then charged on the spot, and the client's membership is brought up to date. This would be a huge unlock for us - we lose a lot of revenue because of the fact that when membership charges fail, no one is alerted to it (employee nor client). It also creates friction in our shops because clients will come in not realizing their membership is past due, and we don't have a direct way to process their membership charge in the moment.
