Require services to be booked with the same service provider
Many times we have to revise bookings or contact a customer to see if they preferred one of the two stylists they booked with, or if they truly don't care and just wanted first available. It's a nuisance that we are encountering almost every day when someone books online it assigns their services to multiple stylists.
Some salons have stylists who just do cut or just do color services, and some have stylists who do both. This should be a feature we can enable or disable from online booking based on the salon's needs.
Thank you for your feedback, good news! We recently completed work on an updated version of Precision Scheduling, and this is one of the new settings that our Help Chat or support@blvd.co can adjust for you. Check out the release notes for this improvement for more details, and learn more about what's possible in our support center.

Not allowing clients to book with multiple stylists online.
Many of our stylists do not accept split appointments as it often results in the loss of a sale for the stylist with the second service. i.e. if there is a color with stylist 1 and a cut with stylist 2, if stylist 1 gets done early, the guest does not want to wait on stylist 2, so stylist 1 will just do the cut = lose of a sale for stylist 2.

Hello!
We have been having an issue when clients book online and book more than one service the second service is automatically put with 'first available' even when they have requested a specific staff member for their first service. This complicates the booking order and also most times the client wants the same staff member for both services but misses the part where they have to choose twice!
We try to keep our service menu small and concise so adding combo services like 'Single Process and Cut" makes it look messier.
Thanks!

Ability to remove optimization across service providers and schedule all services with a single staff member or resource

Remove scheduling optimization to restrict all services to a single service provider. Ideally, this would allow for online booking to promote availability and schedule for a single service provider while also facilitating easier rescheduling in that all appointments should be restricted to an individual.
