Allow clients to use purchased vouchers at same time as purchasing membership or package

If a client buys a membership or package and wants to use a voucher at the same time, they can't. Businesses want to be able to do this in one transaction.

    We really need to be able to sell a customer a package of services and be able to redeem one of those vouchers in the same transaction.

    Say a first time client comes in for a massage and a haircut, is at checkout, wants to buy a package of massages, add that to their transaction, and we can't redeem one of those massage vouchers on the same day. SO, you have to sell them a package in a separate transaction first, then go to their checkout, redeem the massage voucher and then charge them for the haircut. So, two separate transactions. It seems like such a simple fix.... been asking for this for a year. Our previous software had this capability, so not sure why it can't be done in BLVD.

    Currently we have to do 2 separate transactions if a new client joins a membership then wants to use the membership benefit the same day. We open a new sale for the client to purchase the membership, then go to check out and refresh several times before their membership vouchers or credits appear. Only then can they use the new membership. This is a very common scenario for us. Very clunky with too many extra steps. Please streamline this process.

    It would be nice to not have to perform two transactions when adding a package if the service they are receiving applies to that package. Example: if a client has a facial and a B12 shot. They want to add a package for the shot and pay for the facial. It would be nice to "hold" or unclick the shot, add the package and process the payment for the facial and the package , then once the package is added we can select the voucher and close the transaction. (P.S- we used a different system in the past and this was how it worked)

    Enable the option for a package to be purchased on the same invoice as the service being provided that day, with the system automatically deducting a unit from the package and adding it to the client's wallet. One of the best features AR had was this seamless integration—it eliminated the need for two separate transactions. This is especially helpful when a client is receiving multiple services, as it avoids running their card twice and saves time by consolidating everything into a single, streamlined transaction.

    It would be great to be able to ring up a package and USE part of the package same day. EX package of 3 laser hair underarm with a dropdown to use one for service same day.
    Many times we book the appointment and then they decide to buy a package and we have to do 2 seperate transactions.

    I want to be able to purchase a product with vouchers, and then in the SAME INVOICE, utilize the voucher for the client on the same day.

    I currently have to book an entirely new appointment for the client to redeem their first treatment in a package, but it would be nice to be able to redeem a first treatment in a package if they completed treatment same day.

    Currently, if a customer had an appointment and wants to pay by buying a package, they need to first buy the package and then the voucher has to be applied to the service (appointment). One can also add the package to the appointment at checkout but then the voucher cannot be used for *that* appointment.

    It would be useful to be able to have customer pay for their package at appointment checkout, and one voucher is automatically used for the service provided.

    You have to sell the series package as a product first. Which is a problem within itself. You can not track them and it messes up the retail numbers. Also it does not take off the appointment for that day. You have to sell it separately then go back in and ring up the service for that day and redeem. It's another step that could be avoided at check out.

    To be able to add a voucher/package to the customer's ticket. This could happen if the voucher was registered under services, not products. We have customers who, book for a single service, but at check out want to buy a package and use the first session of the package to pay for the received service. Currently the customer needs to purchase the voucher first, and then I need to go back to the check out box to be able to apply the voucher, but it would be easier if I could just change the single booked service to a package and check out the customer with one step.
