Add an on/off toggle to the new auto log-off feature, and maybe give selectable options for the time duration before auto log-off happens, if enabled. Auto logging staff out and requiring them to log back in is incredibly frustrating for salons that operate as we do. We have multiple desktops in different areas and 4 Ipads that stylists and front desk staff use to check clients out, book appointments, check previous purchases, enter color formulas and notes, etc etc. It may seem like a minor nuisance to continuously log back in, but when staff is pressed for time, it's the…

Our new "Review Order" and "Confirm Total" screens on your Duo app will now display the itemized order details. Confirm your Duo app is updated to version 1.285.303 or later and ensure these screens are enabled from within the Settings page of your Hardware tab.

Require services to be booked with the same service provider
Many times we have to revise bookings or contact a customer to see if they preferred one of the two stylists they booked with, or if they truly don't care and just wanted first available. It's a nuisance that we are encountering almost every day when someone books online it assigns their services to multiple stylists.
Some salons have stylists who just do cut or just do color services, and some have stylists who do both. This should be a feature we can enable or disable from online booking based on the salon's needs.

Hello folks! Thank you for your product feedback! You’ll be happy to hear that we recently released advanced charting’s new sign-off functionality. You can now designate certain staff members as reviewers, and they can review, add feedback, and approve any form or chart.

We love to see your input on how our product can better meet your needs. We’re excited to share that as of Thursday last week, all Boulevard customers can link a client portal login experience directly from their own website, and clients can also access client portal from self-booking. Once logged in, clients will see all of their past appointments and can manage upcoming appointments. To learn more, check out the changelog post.
While the client portal idea is being marked as “complete” today, we’re not done.
We’ve already received a lot of feedback on what other functionality you’d like to see for your clients. Please keep it up - we’d love to have you weigh in on some other client portal-related requests to help prioritize our roadmap:

Pinch to zoom on mobile calendar
Only show times when the business is operating. On the desktop we can edit this, but on the app we have to scroll up and down to see the schedule since it shows a 24 hour view.

If there is a mistake or a membership was not checkout out correctly there should be a way for staff to manually add in sessions and give the reason why they added it in!

Discount Reason on Receipt
If there is an offer code that is used by the customer it should show on the receipt what it was for. Like if there was a "Summer 2021 10% Off All Products" offer code, it should say that on the receipt instead of just "DISCOUNT". The customer has no idea what the discount was for when they see their receipt.
Even further it should give us the option to show or not show that on the receipt. For example, if a code was used for an escalation or customer complaint, I don't want the customer to see "Escalation" on…

Emailed and printed receipts just got a glow-up! Now, when an offer or discount is applied to an order, or when a voucher is redeemed for a service, discounts will be applied to the individual line item. This will include the offer name, discount or “Voucher Redemption” percentage, and the impact on the item total.
Each line item will display a crossed-out version of the item’s original price for clearer communication with your clients. Additionally, we’ve updated the subtotal to show the sum of products and services after discounts, but before taxes, fees, and gratuity.

Disable online booking for individual clients
This is for safety purposes! The option to go into a clients profile and disable their ability to book online and make them call us to protect staff from certain client who have made them feel uncomfortable.
