Client Portal Account Credit
I love that clients can see their available vouchers on the client portal as well as what their membership perks are. I would like them to also be able to see their account credit balance on the portal.

Patients can log into their patient profile and see their past/upcoming appointments and see their vouchers but they can't see how much money they have in their wallet. It would be great for the patient to see that, especially our membership patients, so that they know how much money they have to spend!

This is critical. We recently switched from AR to Boulevard and our clients are very unhappy that they can't see their credits with their membership. They plan on how to use their funds throughout the year.

Please include ability for clients to see their transaction history, at least for account credit deposits and usage. Can this feature be done soon?

For example we do a gift card special where clients can buy a gift card and receive $20 credit for every $150 spent. Right now we go in manually and add the credit but it would be nice to be able to credit an automatic offer that applies the credit automatically.

This was a feature in our last solution and we have a lot of clients calling us notifying us that they are upset they cant see this as it helps them plan around treatments and treatment timing.

We continuously hear from our patients that they would like to see this feature! It's been very frustrating to not have this as an added feature on the patient portal since they have funds here to use, and never know how much is there without asking.

We would love to reward our patients with rewards points for certain things (following us on social media, leaving a review, referring friends, coming consistently, etc). The loyalty program needs to be able to accommodate more than just how much they spend. Our patients also call a lot asking how much is in their account credits and this is something we'd like them to be able to view on their own

Clients should be able to view their account balance accrued on their client portal and be able to use funds to book services. We are wanting to do a membership where they put in money each month but there is no point doing it if the clients can't check their account balance to see how much money they have. This really needs to be taken care of ASAP for any med spa to have a money market type membership, which many of our clients desire.

Clients and patients should have the ability to view their account credits directly in their Boulevard account. For example, if a client earns a $50 referral credit or a $50 credit for writing a review, this should be clearly reflected in their account with the credit amount and what is was from. This visibility ensures they are aware of the credits available for use and can plan their transactions accordingly.

CRITICAL. Some clients have thousands of dollars accumulated. If they can see pre-paid vouchers, they should be able to see accumulated beauty bank funds as well.

We have a beauty bank membership, and our clients are used to being able to view the amount of money they have accrued in their account, and currently they are only able to view vouchers.
I would love the account credits to be added to the client profile by the vouchers so clients feel they have more autonomy over their money.

We have multiple patients that request to find out what their current account balance is in their Client Portal. Should be easy enough to add since vouchers & payment methods were added recently. Would save time and man power from patients calling/emailing in for this.

Clients should be able to view their vouchers on their account and apply those to their service during the booking flow, and be able to see their loyalty points and what they can redeem them for.

Within the client portal, the clients should be able to view how many points they have. This way when they book their appointments they can redeem them at that time and be more prepared for the cost remaining coming in. This will need the loyalty program to be more customizable however considering people charge differently.
