Unopened messages need to be at the top
Unopened messages should be prioritized at the top. It's frustrating to scroll through a large number of messages just to find the ones that are still unread.

Please send clients confirmations when they reschedule appointments online!
When clients reschedule their own appointments online, the system does not send them an updated communication with the new date and/or time. They then call our business to make sure that it has gone through. Please update this to save time for everyone. Thanks!

Extra Security Measures for Online Gift Cards
Boulevard should take extra security measures to ensure online gift card purchases by making the purchaser provide their matching billing address to the credit card to prevent fraudulent purchases.
We had issues with people using stolen credit cards to buy a gift card online and then using it at our salon. Not only are we losing money on the gift card, we now have to pay our service providers their split commission.

option for forms to be sent out yearly for clients to complete
forms should have an option to send forms yearly after the first appointment. This would be under the "Send this form" option in forms settings. It would be great to be able to customize a time frame to be able to resend form out for clients to complete. This is important for medical aesthetic services that legally require a yearly renewal of consent.

Update charting. Must be able to type and use numbers to document. Also need to have a dot shape not just circle, and change font sice
When charting for botox and filler. numbers, keyboard, and dots are vital. additionally straight arrows are great for filler charting. Also change in font size.

Text communication on Boulevard App Please!!!
Text communication is so simple and helpful for clients throughout the day who don't regularly check their voicemail. We can easily change appointments and answer questions. It is nice we have that feature with our own number on the dashboard on the computer, but I wish we could also pull up messages on the app so I can be easily notified with a response with a client and stay up to date on busier days.

Display how much cash a client handed on completed order
When a client is paying cash, and they do not hand out exact change, keep record on the completed order how much the client handed to us, as well as what change we owed them.

Uploading multiple photos at once
We upload at least 5 images at least per client and currently it was VERY time consuming to upload one at at time. Efficiency is everything!

Can you make it so financing options such as Cherry are directly integrated with BLVD?

Clients rescheduling appointments
It's crazy that the providers do NOT get notified if someone reschedules an appointment! How are they supposed to know? Just watch the schedule all day?

I suggest you put a google review link in the follow up text after a service.
I love that customers can do a review in their follow up texts, but it would be even better if they had a link to give us a review on google. Otherwise, these reviews are only seen internally. I would like these great reviews to be seen by everyone.

Rescheduled label or tag
Appointments should show that it has been rescheduled x1, x2 etc. because it shows if it has been cancelled but not if its rescheduled

Make the appointments adjustable on the calander by dragging.
It would be great to be able to adjust the time of the appointment right in the calendar itself instead of having to click on the appointment and editing it. A simple click and drag up or down would be GREAT.

A feature where employees can go in and send in a request for time off and it sends directly to a manager and the manager has to approve or deny.
