Change the price adjusting for services and products to be separate in privilege groups.
We don't want service providers to be able to adjust products, but would for services. If these privileges were separated we can choose that option

Currently there's a combined option for an operators to apply discounts/price adjustments on services and products. Can we separate those two? Have an option to allow for services adjustments separately, and product adjustments separately. I want to allow different levels the option to do that!
