I understand the benefit use case for a first available client to see who they're with and have the option to switch, but it would be VERY helpful to be able to turn this option off as a business and keep "first available" name blind. We have clients every day who believe they are locked in to their provider because they've seen the name, but on our end we see it as first available and assume flexibility. This especially comes up for massage clients who have a gender preference - assuming they're with a female. First available is essentially meaningless if they've seen the name and assume it's their selected preference.
