void old orders
Void orders that are older than today. Sometimes I find an error in an order that was closed in the previous week or month and would like to be able to void the order and generate a new ticket to correct the error instead of having to issue a refund.

I would refund to account credit, NOT issue a receipt, then checkout again using the account credit, and again, NOT issue a receipt. Make sure your payroll process acknowledges whether something has already been compensated for so it isn't paid out twice.
