When processing partial refunds for a service, having the option to "lock" Gratuity for the reason that if the gratuity was not a dollar amount and was a percentage, the gratuity now has to be calculated outside of Blvd. The total amount of the transaction at the bottom of the checkout window is also not intuitive.
