1. I have noticed that clients have sometimes booked multiple appointments by accident on the same day. I think there should be a tool that recognizes daily potential accidental bookings and just picks up on potential errors/staggered appointments.

2. there should be a tool that shows the progress of each appointments AND if a client is running late. We have the ability to NOT check them in if they are running late to the appointment... but it would be nice to have a button to press that notifies whoever is looking at the calendar perhaps in a different location that we KNOW a client will be arriving late.

3. the waitlist is not as efficient as it could be. It requires too much manual effort. There should be a tool that can give an alert if something becomes available. It really right now is only something that (I think) can be used on a day by day basis. It is more like a note pad really..?
