Customize Stylists shown order on schedule (beyond alphabetical)

I would like to be able to order and show stylists the way I want it. Not just alphabetically.

    I'd like to be able to control the order the stylists are listed when clients are booking.

    I would like to be able to edit how the names appear on the drop-down when clients are booking a new service online. Currently the first name shown is mine, Kathy, but I would like the first available to be my newer stylists to build up their clientele quicker.
