Booking alert when service providers/resources are double booked or unavailable
Our staff member has double booked on their schedule accidentally and we are wondering if there is a way to receive a pop-up alert notifying our staff that they already have an existing booking on their calendar for the requested time.
Would help to prevent anyone from double booking on their own calendar!

When booking a standing appt., It would be benficial to get a list of all of the appointments booked- but more importantly- it would really help to see any CONFLICTS that pop up. As it is now, we need to click on each day a standing is scheduled to see any conflicts

When booking standing appointments, it allows us to book every appointment without notifying or stopping us because of a conflict. We are able to book on top of other appointments. There should be some kind of way to notify us that it won't work.

When booking recurring appointments, there should be a notification of any conflicts with stylists schedule. When we send a guest an email of appointments, they should not have to get multiple emails of adjustments to scheduling conflicts if there are already appointments booked on days scheduled.

Our receptionist made a mistake yesterday by scheduling an appointment for a client for a day that has already passed. She thought she was on the right day but clearly wasn't. The client came in and was pretty frustrated thinking she booked for the current day and we had to turn her away. I believe this could have been prevented if the system would pop up a message indicating that the time booked is in the past, outside of working hours or the provider isn't scheduled to work that day. All great messages to prevent booking incorrectly. Hopefully you can help with this in the future. Thanks

Capacity limit = 1 on a resource, ideally not able to be overridden by front desk or using the calendar... The ability to double book a room/resource is causing problems.

It is difficult to see the stylist availability with the way the colors are. It is barley darker when they are unavailable vs when they are available. This being said, appointments are being booked accidentally outside of the providers schedule. It would be helpful if something popped up letting whoever is booking know that the provider is unavailable at that time instead of just booking it

We cannot have the system overwrite an existing appointment when creating a standing appointment.

Front desk isn't always paying full attention and have accidentally double booked a resource. Would be nice if there was a small pop-up or alert to let them know prior to confirming the booking

Can it only show whats available for the new date so it doesn't overlap with an exsisting appointment?

This account is requesting for an alert that will make them aware when they are about to book a service and the resource is not available . Right now, the system allows the FD to override this action. They is causing the FD to overbook rooms.

Alert to confirm that appt should be scheduled when a service provider does not have a published schedule

In an ideal world when we schedule a year's worth of appointments we need the option to see overlapping appointments and alternatives suggested. Most clients understand that they need to be occasionally flexible.

We need a way to either be unable to book on top of blocks or when people are unavailable. That or we need a line of defense, a pop up that warns you the service provider is not available at this time. The ease of booking where you're technically not supposed to is creating issues.
