View completed forms on app
Our aestheticians need to be able to view this paperwork to ensure accuracy of treatment performed as well as client safety. The only way to view this is to login to the web version. It's cumbersome and negates the mobile app for them. Thank you!
Hey Folks! Thank you for your feedback. You’ll be happy to know that as of today, all customers with Forms can access forms from the Boulevard Professional App. With this update, you can now access and update critical client information when you need it most directly from your smartphone or iPad. Just one more way to deliver the best client experience. Check out this article on our support center for more: Forms in the Professional App. We appreciate your ideas and contributions—they help us constantly improve our software. Please let us know how this new feature works out for you.

Would love to add more features to the professional app. Our employees use ipads for their consultations. Would like to suggest make the app more user friendly and to allow adding/ editing internal charts for accurate note taking for each appointment

Save the trees! This would really help the therapist and the environment. Also could really help emulate an EMR!

Therapists are inconvenienced by not having access to the clients forms. We are trying to do everything paperless.

Have the ability to view forms on the Professional App.

Make forms viewable on the Boulevard app. Currently we have to print out forms to make viewable by our massage therapists. If there was a way we could grant permission for their privilege group to view these it would not only save us paper but time!

Like the app zenoti ..... Therapists should have the ability to view and sign completed forms inside of the boulevard app when viewing upcoming appointments. As well as add soap notes from their phone.

The questions on our forms don't fully show up on out clients phones when filling out forms so they can't read what the question is asking. most people are doing things from their mobile devices so if it not optimized people are less likely to fill out the forms.

i do permanent makeup and need to be able to read over client forms before their service and during their consults. I would love to access the forms on the app and not have to log into the desktop version every time- it is not convenient that way!

Would be great if we could fill out and view forms using the mobile app.

Currently we are hacking around the system by using soap notes in forms. It has to be done in a browser and you click into just the appointment to view and fill out the note. Then it opens another window and it is not optimized. It would be FAR better that when the check in occurs, that the trigger that is the check in (that you set up in the forms) it SENDS the notes link to the provider, so that they can fill it out on their device, just as a client does. This would help a lot and simplify our office considerable. Please consider. The trigger is already there, it just needs to send!

We use our client consent forms to inform service providers of the client's skin care routine. They need to review this during the consultation to ensure there are no contraindications before performing the service. It would be great to have an option to "view the consent form on file" from the app.

I would be nice to see the form on our professional app that the client fills out. Right now we have to look at it on the desk top only. My stylist like to sit at home and look over the forms in advance. Also would like to have to clients be able to upload photos to the form.

Hi, it would be really great if forms were viewable on the mobile app! We have intake forms for massage and facials but it's difficult for our technicians to view them.

Under clients to have a button to go to forms and be able to read what the client says

Our forms are well formatted for a desktop, but most clients are attempting to complete them on their phones and the formatting doesn't shift so questions get cut off on the smaller screen.

Clients are frustrated that the form isn't mobile-optimized so they are not completing the form at all. A lot of the questions will get cut off when attempting to read through and fill out.

Currently, internal forms are only completed on desktop/laptops, but Hydra Wellness will need these forms to be filled out on an iPad since they have mobile services.
They would like to complete these forms on other devices ie. iPad and mobile devices.
