  4. Would be awesome if there was a way to create an offer code that would be applicable only when services are purchased together - for example we give 50% off a sauna session when it is purchased with another service.

    Currently we cannot have the system automatically apply the code since it will give the discount to the sauna as a stand alone service.

  7. Service bundles - have the ability to have multiple services in one service booking, and for the services to be with different service providers.

    i.e. "pamper package" books services in package back to back...
    10:30am mani - SP 1
    11am facial - SP 2
    12pm massage - SP 3

  11. Clients always think that they have pre-paid for the appointment because they recall entering their credit card. They just start walking out the door after the appointment. We have to stop and tell them that they need to sign and approve the charged before we actually can charge the credit card.

  13. We would like to see an option to manually push/force text appointment confirmations. We currently have text confirmations set to go out 2 days prior to the scheduled appointment. If clients do not confirm via text or email, the front desk will then call the client the day before to confirm their appointment.

    With our previous scheduling system, our front desk staff was able to manually send out text confirmations each Saturday for appointments scheduled for Monday & Tuesday. With BLVD, the text confirmations for appointments scheduled on Monday go out Saturday evening and confirmations for appointments scheduled on Tuesday…

  16. Recurring blocks should have how often they repeat noted on them. Also, the ability to create recurring blocks should allow for specific dates. Ex: a block is placed on the first Tuesday of the month. Instead of a block recurring every 4 weeks, there should be an option for the block to repeat on the first Tuesday of every month following.

  19. We need a manager view available in the mobile app so that we may quickly adjust schedules in the app, which is something we could do in booker mobile. For example, if a barber calls in sick and we are not near a computer, we need to update the schedule. We would like to make back-office functions more accessible on mobile. It is not easy to navigate the desktop UI on a mobile device.
