  1. Please provide a business level setting to require the reschedule button to bring up the appointment search. By using the calendar you are bypassing many of the safety features of Boulevard (resources, service limitations, etc...) it forces the front desk to know all of those limitations rather than having the software do it for them.

  2. A service and/or product would have a "link to product/service" available for circulation to a client. It would particularly be helpful for anything that isn't offered publicly on our site or as a quicker way to get client to checkout for one item.

    (Similar to a feature available in mindbody)

  4. I have tried to filter a beta report to only include discounts. The filter doesn't allow negative numbers, so I can never get just the discounts included.

Per Fox & Jane's request: "Essentially our goal is to have every service provider tagged with their specialties (i.e. blonde specialist, cutting specialist, etc.) and to have those tags searchable within BLVD. The reason for this is because our customer care team handles all location bookings and it's very hard to keep track of every stylist's specialties. Currently, we're using a Square space website internally that has searchable tags, however, we would LOVE to use blvd for this instead (if possible)."

  9. The UX is confusing in terms of including a Cancel button when a membership is in a paused state. Cancellation button should be removed or additional pop-up to specify term end should be included.

  14. Would appreciate a feature for when clients add gratuity online, to tip the assistant as well. My assistant misses out all the time because of it. Even if it said "Tip assistant" and they checked a box and then I can adjust the name of the assistant who assisted that client or if it said please note if you would like to add gratuity for the assistant and then I can ask them when they leave.

  16. There's no way to promote the gratuity at booking option. Trying to keep checkout as touchless as possible it would be great to have a way to highlight that feature. Maybe ask clients to confirm before they book that they don't want to tip ahead of time to limit their time in the salon.
