Waitlist Notifications

Send booking confirmation email to clients when booked through the app
Clients need confirmation of their appointment details, particularly if booked within the 48 hour timeframe when they do not receive a reminder. Right now, Professional app does not send the booking details email if the appointment is booked through the Professional app.

International Compatibility
Major salons often have other locations abroad: Paris, London, Rome, Tokyo, etc.
Right now we can't tap into these salons because our software does not translate to international locations. Having this functionality would allow us to go after these big fish and expand our sales market.

Gratuity on Card or Cash set per stylist
It would be great to be able to set Gratuity option for each individual stylist - Credit Card/Cash. Some stylist's have established clientele that they taught to tip cash. The gratuity on Credit Card will just allow these clients to take the shortcut and add it on the Card as it's more convenient.

Show Linked Group Appointments Better
Sometimes multiple patients book appts to come in together as a group. When they reschedule it wastes a lot of time, it would be more time efficient if we had a "linking" option or a Group Appt option, something like that... so they could be recognized as a "unit" and maybe we would be able to just book and reschedule them in one go. Just a thought.
