  9. When client opens confirmation email and clicks on "manage appointment" tab, it redirects them to another page that tell client to call salon. They should be able to manage their booking easier online. NO CALLS

  10. Front desk team would be able to check clients in faster. Check them out faster as well. The speed of using the website through the ipad is not fast enough and has lots of glitches. We eventually want to get rid of having a desk and have pay stands etc.

  11. We'd love to see bank deposits match the total daily sales amounts. We'd be ok with slightly delaying the transfer time if it meant that the deposited amounts (as seen in the Transfers section in Boulevard) matched daily sales totals. Thank you!

  16. With our past software(s), there is usually a place to enter in the actual count during the physical month end inventory, record and print.
    The report would reflect:

    1. on hand inventory count prior to the updates
    2. count currently being updated to
    3. count difference
    4. cost value of products being adjusted (whether under or over)
    5. ability to print/save report

  18. One of the biggest request from the front desk is a copy and paste option for pre-booking an existing appointment. As you know we check out 4OO to 500 clients a week. Most of our clients pre-book their next appointment while in the salon. A lot of our clients have very specific appointment times that are not standard to our normal booking. For this reason a copy and paste would really help eliminate errors and speed up the process of the checkout, which we are in dire need of. This is something that we really really need ASAP.
