  2. It would be very helpful if when you create a Service Option group that you can use that same group on another service by toggling it on. That way if there are standard addon types that you create for Lashes, or Nails, or Pedicures, etc. You can turn on the option group for the service without having to recreate them for every service. I envision that the service option group page would just show all possible groups with a toggle on/off slider and still option to create new groups.

  3. Currently checking out comped services as OTHER so the staff still receive their commission in reports, but creates a book keeping nightmare to separate from service sales/sales summary

  4. Need to be able to see specifically how many of what treatment the stylists performed over a custom timeframe. Right now we can only see the total for the entire service category otherwise it takes a long time to go provider by provider to get the correct #s

  9. At the moment the time clock reports shows shift dates and their lengths and a total given the report's date parameters. In practice, one would run this report over the pay period and enter that total into their pay calculations. This current method doesn't highlight where overtime may occur. Having single day totals on the report, for instance each shift and then a day total in semi bold and then the total of all during the period shaded and bolded for the total; would allow salons to better see where these overtime shifts are occurring.

  10. We need to screen employees just like clients and ask the basic screening questions every time they enter the work place. We would like to use the same form we use for clients on the reception app. If we could use a form with a walk-in appointment that would work, or if employees could access forms from the reception app, that would work

  11. Today we need to sell a New Product Sale first to then be able to see Redeemable vouchers on today's appointment. Ideally we should be able to check out the appointment, add a membership and redeem a voucher correctly ZEROing out the Service while retaining the Tip based on full price of service all on the appointment checkout. One step vs two steps.

  18. Rather than "Hide All" there should be the "only" display option. This will eliminate the issue of the names reloading, as the "Hide All" is so sensitive it does this 9 times out of 10 & is so frustrating!!!
