  4. For recurring appts, like weekly blowouts or 3 week mens cuts, giving the option to book indefinitely and keep them on the same time in perpetuity is really helpful with the system we swapped from. Please consider it.

  5. When a client late cancels or no shows their appointment, our policy is to charge a late fee/no show fee. When they do not have a card on file, we would love if there was a way to have a hold on their account in the amount of the balance they owe. This way they can take care of it themselves when rebooking online or it will pop up when they call.

  6. The current way to share booking links is by grabbing the URL and using Bitly to shorten, however, some SMS carriers don't like bitly links and don't send them. Would be nice to have access to shortlinks in the dashboard so we don't have to use bitly.

  8. We have had it happen a few times now that a no-show will block their card so as not to be charged for the missed appointment. This is unfair to us as a business since we have a strict no-show policy and our team expects to be compensated for their missed revenue. It would be nice that when marking an appointment as a no-show or late cancel the system would keep trying periodically until the debt is collected.

  13. We had a guest come in who accidentally clicked the wrong rating for his appointment and then couldn't change it. Or at least let us be able to add notes to the rating that we followed up with the guest.

  17. Give us the ability to enter a future price increase in products or services. If a product increases on the 1st of the month, for ex., we have to scramble to do it that day! Why can’t we be organized, prepare for it and have the system apply the correct price on that date? Even the old Millennium had that. Thanks

  19. Make an additional Forms/Charts Section to hold Treatment Protocols and Facility SOP's that staff could pull up for review outside of a specific appointment (protocols could also be attached to specific appointments.) This would help to keep spa documents organized and give staff one place to go to look for information related to how to best perform their job, treatment protocols, etc.

  20. Any client forms or charts that are opened should open in a separate window so that receptionists can easily refer to the form & input the data into the client's file and so that service providers can easily and efficiently chart client's appointments. Ever since this feature was updated on Boulevard (where we now have forms open on the same page), productivity and efficiency in form-related tasks has plummeted.
