I love and appreciate all these ideas, a NO SHOW column would be great. We currently shrink that appointments and move them to the end of the book but I wish they would just stay there after canceling/charging them.

This is not a planned priority for Boulevard at this time however we will continue to evaluate the needs of our customers against consumer protection measures defined by federal and state laws when considering this feature for development.

Can there be an auto setting that all gift cards expire after a certain amount of years, for us five but this would be settable by the business. (optional for those businesses who do not allow expiration)

we have many clients who are starting to book online instead of calling in as they have done for the last twenty years. we love the ease of online booking but have an issue with BLVD creating a new profile for clients who are NOT NEW. This is an issue because history is not show, notes are notes are not seen and newly important, the newly released referral program gives discounts to NEW clients during online booking and if it is long-time clients first time booking, they receive the discount as well.
