Our new state laws require us to start time tracking all commission employees to calculate sick pay. If all of my employees have to go through the entire login process to clock in, it will be extremely challenging.

Additionally, allowing the salon to create a block (in our use case, it's when our salon is being cleaned every other week) that doesn't impact utilization. Setting the shift as unavailable impacts the entire day. I just need the ability to set a 4 hour block.

We love the contact center, but this has been a real challenge for our front desk staff. A lot of our clients text us to change/make appointments but when a message conversation is open and you toggle to the calendar and then back, the conversation is closed and you have to go find it again. This is problematic in a high traffic salon!!!

We manage our own appointments instead of doing online booking for this reason- there are a lot of variables when booking new clients regarding timing, price, etc.
We currently use a separate platform to have the clients submit a color consultation form with photos of their hair and what they're trying to achieve. It would be AMAZING if that could be integrated into Boulevard with the ability to send a quote and custom service block that they could then use to book themselves online.
