Allow the stylists to easily message their clients through the app and receive notifications if a new message comes through.

A lot of clients will confirm their appointment by email or via text reminder a few days before their appointment time. On the day of we will call 15min after their appointment time to make sure they will still be making it and more often than not they get their days mixed up because they dont have an option to save on their calendars for pop up reminders.
When clients book online complimentary consultations with paid services they are required to enter credit card info to hold the appointment which then asks them to add gratuity. Leads them to believe they are actually paying in advance then causing a dispute at in-person check out post service. Can there be an option to add credit card info only (making it clear there's no charge/No tip) to complimentary services?
