Hey folks! Today we released a related feature: the schedule view.
Accessible from either the Front Desk or Calendar views, you can select "Schedule" to view a list of any day's appointments and filter that list by the form's status. This will make it easier to see when staff or clients complete a form or chart, or who still has items outstanding. Learn more here, and we hope you enjoy!

Auto applying a tag or adding some other indication when a client has filled out the forms we send them before an appointment will save us having to go into that clients account multiple times to check.

Is there a way to have a time-slot or block of time turn a different color if someone is in the process of booking it?

I think there are currently 12 or 13 color choices for staff. We'll soon have more than that number of employees so it would be nice if we could have more options. Having the whole color gradient/spectrum would be cool.

We've had clients accidentally fill out an intake from on someone else's account. I would be convenient to be able copy and paste or drag and drop or generally move an intake form to another client.
