Hey Folks! Happy Friday! Want to be sure you saw that clients can now see their voucher balances in the client portal. We've designed it so clients can check on the redeemable services and the expiration date to drive urgency to book another appointment. Check out the changelog post to learn more! :)

We have to set a custom tax rate for all of our memberships because they are taxed under the sales tax rate for each state but because members are effectively pre-paying for a service with their membership, we charge sales tax for all membership billings. But because some locations have a service tax and some don't, we have to set a custom tax rate at every single shop for every single membership we sell. With almost 20 locations and an average of 6 membership SKUs at each one, this amounts to individual 120 tax settings and becoming unmanageable
