  5. Would love to be able to send recurring text campaigns and not have to send one time blasts. We use texting a lot more than emails so this would be super helpful!

  6. I came from Vagaro and they had easy to read visual data charts. I am a visual person and numbers/text are hard to read. Having easy to read Data such as graphs, pie charts is ideal for business to see the numbers easier for visual people.

  7. "Precision Scheduling" - Where to begin?! Right... well it was really smart to trademark since others will surely want this level of deep learning /s.

    When we were notified in April of this new "feature" I read through the online support document, it surely read as though these changes were optional or opt-in. Some examples from the support document; "When Precision Scheduling is enabled", "Precision Scheduling is available for all Boulevard customers".     We're in conversations with Shawn about his issue here. Kudos to him for catching what might be a bug that we plan to fix. We've also been able to adjust Precision Scheduling's settings to better suit their preferences. Please reach out to support if you'd like to adjust how Precision Scheduling works for your business. Between the bug fix and settings adjustment, we're confident we'll end up somewhere that works well for them!

  8. Our practice has (4) of the latest iPad Pros and (3) duos. They are constantly disconnecting/unpairing from the duo and/or unliking from the BLVD software. This is extremely frustrating. These iPads are dedicated to BLVD use and I've tried everything to keep them from doing this. I'm actually quite surprised there aren't more complaints. Please fix this! Before BLVD we had Square and their POS systems is leaps and bounds above BLVD. I can count on one hand how many times the system disconnected.   9. The details for disputed transactions are very puny. There should be more information on what the bank has provided, the actual end result (did I get the money back, did I lose it forever?) What other charges are associated with the dispute. Dates that all of those charges hit my account, etc...

  10. Maybe this idea was already posted, but I just got the Duo. Sometimes we have clients who have already prepaid and the total for services is $0. We realized the Duo will close out the sale and not prompt the client to leave gratuity. We have to ask and manually enter the gratuity amount in the checkout window before running payment. We would like to still have them select a gratuity amount on their own via the iPad, based on value of the service. If they left cash, they can still skip it. Thanks!

  11. "All locations" can be selected as a staff member's assigned locations as well in a form or chart's settings. When a new location is added to the dashboard, though, each of these areas have to be updated to include it. It would be more efficient overall if the "All locations" checkbox considered future locations after it's been set.

  13. There is a square, line, and X, but would love to track Coolsculpting treatments on the Boulevard system. It would be great to have an oval to show where their cycle was placed.

  14. It would be great for coaching and teaching opportunities for BLVD to time stamp user actions such as processing payments, refunds, bookings, canceling, etc. If an error is made we cannot look back to see who made the mistake and course-correct

  17. Ability to void multiple vouchers at a time. We have to manually void out 30+ vouchers individually when they are expired - it's way too tedious and there needs to be a bulk or select-all feature.
