  2. We have a client who has been banned from all stores but keeps making new client profiles with different names (usually the same phone or email). Would like an option to set up email notifications or alerts if suspected spam / fraud accounts matching certain criteria are created and try to book. IE you could set an alert for the client name, email, phone, etc, if it's added into a new account & booking.

  3. "Add More" in the booking overlay window is unclear. Clients don't understand they can book more than one appointment at the same time. It should say something like "Add Sessions to This Appt."

  4. Add a filter for Name of Form/Chart when reviewing and approving.
    This will allow for a Medical Director or Admin to narrow their search down to just the necessary form/charts that they need to pay attention to. OR have a setting for "Approval by Medical Director" "Approval by Admin" "Approval by Front Desk" so when the appropriate person is approving forms and charts they only see the ones that pertain to them.

  5. Overview:
    Introduce a visual alert on a customer’s profile when they have canceled their membership, similar to the existing "Past Due" badge. This would help frontline staff quickly identify a client’s membership status at a glance.

    Proposed Functionality:

    A "Membership Cancelled" badge or alert appears prominently in the customer profile when their membership is no longer active due to cancellation.

    Functions similarly to the "Past Due" alert that already exists, drawing attention without needing to click into deeper membership details.

  7. Membership $$$ amount should be automatically added to account credit each month. It would eliminate human error and keep memberships (beauty banks) up to date at all times.

  8. Add a pop-up alert to charts detailing critical information that providers need to know. Right now any critical info is getting buried in the Allergies, which still requires the provider go look for that information, or put as a scheduling alert which is only seen by the front desk staff and not providers. Risk for error this way is high. For patient safety, there should be a pop-up alert or even a way to pin important info to the top of the chart where it is very obvious for anyone looking at it

  9. Have a box to check when setting up a new product that exempts it from the loyalty program. Items such as Blow Dryers and Curling Irons have little margin and shouldn't be given points.

  12. Add the ability to set a business cost for a service that is dependent on product usage to be $x per unit rather than a flat rate per service. For example, botox is $12 a unit and the business cost is $6 per unit but right now that $6 can only be set as a flat rate so regardless if it's 1 unit or 20 units the business cost stays a $6. This makes the commission payout now a manual process because you have to account for the business cost.

  16. Clients should have the ability to translate the english versions of our forms, notes and online services/scheduling to their language. The language barrier is a major hurdle. This could not only benefit each boulevard user but could also benefit boulevard as a whole.

  17. Currently, only an Admin can see all locations without actually being assigned to any of them. Therefore, they don't need to be listed in Manage > Staff.
    Non-admins currently do need to be assigned. Businesses with a remote CX team then have to assign them to all locations, but can be confusing for franchise owners who have a new location and over two dozen staff assigned to it when they don't actually work AT that location.
    It would be great to activate a user to have permissions to see all locations while NOT being an admin.

  18. Currently, the Discounts & Offers report exporter has a limit of 1,000,000 rows. For larger sets of data, some rows will be missed entirely creating gaps. Having the ability to select a specific date range would reduce the overall size of the report and allow full exporting.
