I’d love if Boulevard offered an Ambassador Program option that works like the referral program but allows us to assign unique codes with adjustable discounts and rewards per ambassador, in addition to the current blanket give X get X setup. This flexibility would make it easier to tailor incentives and better support influencer partnerships.

  10. I would like to propose an enhancement to the way account credits or vouchers are currently tracked within the system. At present, when we apply a credit or voucher to a client's account, it is recorded as a sale or deposit, regardless of whether actual money has been received from the client.

    For instance, in our referral program, when a client refers a friend, the friend receives $10 off their service, and the referring client receives a $10 credit to use towards their next appointment. However, this credit is currently recorded in the system as though it were a physical…

  12. Allow different services to have unique booking cutoff times (e.g., standard services bookable 1 hour before, but permanent makeup requiring 24 hours). This would give businesses flexibility, prevent last-minute bookings for complex services

  15. Currently, the membership fee collected is counted as sales, and when the same credit is redeemed, it is reported as a separate sale. It essentially counts the same sales twice. This is grossly incorrect, for both legal and accounting purposes. Please consult with your tax advisor and consider correcting the platform as soon as possible. Thank you.

  16. It would be great to have a section like a paystub where you can insert a note to each employee for the pay week. It would be great to write reminders or correction reason on their report. I had an incident where my stylist added her tip with all her service charge, I don't take tip on credit card. She could have received her commission with more money since she had already received her tip in cash from the register.   18. I wanted to share some feedback on the appointment booking interface. The new drop-down style for selecting times is more tedious compared to the previous clock format. The old version, where you could simply click the hour and then the minutes, was much faster and more intuitive—especially when scheduling multiple clients back-to-back. Bringing back the clock format (or at least offering it as an option) would really improve efficiency and make the booking process smoother for stylists on the app.

  20. Add additional availability on professional app. When we see we're booked up for the day, service providers want the ability to add additional availability to accommodate more clients.
