We have a regular problem of people needing to complete forms when we don't have their phone number (Kids without phones, booked as a group appointment when they don't know everyone's information, etc...) We have been using fake phone numbers (using an unused area code) for this. Boulevard recently started validating phone numbers and won't allow this work around.

    Please create a method to send a form to an iPad without needing to get someone's phone number, or create a way to check someone in on the Duo without a phone number or email address.

If someone leaves a positive rating, they should be taken to Google, Yelp, or Facebook to finalize their review for being published online. If they leave a negative review, they should be given a screen that says something like, "We are sorry you had a less than positive experience. We will do what we can to make this right." We want the discounted charge to auto-renew for those certain amount of weeks/months without having to manually change the price for each client that signs up.   11. If I have a client that buys a gift card for their mom I want them to easily book a session online through online booking and pay using the gift card. I don't want to make them have to pick up the phone or come in. Gift cards being used as an online payment option that connects directly to the amount would be amazing!

I want to be able to rearrange services on the calendar and NOT have to change the specific times in the edit screen to flip flop service times - please allow for some feature when dragging appointments on the calendar where you can switch which service is first and easily move it around on the calendar screen.   17. Create an internal report that allows services and addons to be seen for mapping. Also, create a similar report for charts and forms to show what services they have been attached too. Currently both processes are done 1 by 1 which is both massively inefficient and time consuming. Not user friendly by any means.

  18. It would be nice to have Account Credits be specified to certain products or services. For example, there currently IS a field in their profile that says "redeemable on" and the answer is always "everything." You cannot change what it can be used towards (i.e. redeemable on "peels only" or "Botox only") as Boulevard is currently configured.
