  3. Was thinking that the professional app should send notifications if a business desires in order to alert staff that they are running behind. I would ultimately love it if the app had a "live console" mode that if there is:

    upcoming appointment, shows minutes until expected arrival, what the client's normal minutes prior or late to appointment check in is (using client database)

    current appointment, shows checkin time, start time if stylist marks as active state, shows expected completion time, BUT shows timer countdown until expected completion time and percentage of current appointment and color coded background that starts flashing…

  4. inventory quantity shows during a sale as you're typing in the product in the search bar This way when a client is wanting something not quickly found on the sales floor, staff can quickly realize if we have some in back-stock or if we are out without having to run a report which is higher on the privileges allowance that most of my reception staff.

  9. Would love to be able to see the voucher expiration dates at checkout. If a client has multiple sets of vouchers we want to be able to redeem the ones that are going to expire rather than the ones they just earned. Or just have them only apply the ones that are going to expire soon in order they earned them oldest>newest. We have been checking by going into their profile > payment methods to see when they expire then go back and apply the correct vouchers.

  11. Please create a "mark message as unread" option! This will help tremendously with how often we get interrupted mid-correspondence to assist with in-person clients. Also it doesn't seem to save a draft of your message when you leave the screen and come back.

  12. I know if they click the 4/5 review on the receipt they are then prompted to leave a google/ yelp review but NO client has done this thus far. It would be really nice to be able to set up an automatic email OR text that asks clients to leave us one on google, with a link attached. The reviews through BLVD are nice, but do not help my online presence as a business.

  15. As a part of onboarding, it was difficult for me to clean my data with multiple locations and exports of lists of contacts. It would be great for the program to recognize same contact information and result in error of import or exclude or override existing contact in the CRM.

    Also the ability to delete contact in error.

  16. We have 3 tiers of memberships. Each tier has different % off. some memberships have two % off for example 20% on facial , 30% body sculpting. these discounts should be auto-applied to members at checkout and when booking.

  17. Right now, using the Client API we can query cart -> availablePaymentMethods which will also return all the vouchers and their service names. However we canno extract the Product names associated.
