  1. My staff and appointment scheduler are all virtual. They work mainly off their iPads and iPhones. They need to be able to schedule an appointment AND (at the very minimum) ADD a card on file for new clients.

  2. Need an option to only print one receipt, we almost never need 2, and if we do we just print 2, but the extra paper is getting printed on for no reason.

  6. Let the reservationist control when an email alert is sent to a therapist stating that they have just been booked to provide a service. This will allow reservationists time to move appointments around on the schedule and perform other adjustments before alerting the therapist regarding final arrangements.
    Currently, booking alerts are uncontrollable and precipitous. Therapists often receive booking alerts before the reservation has been finalized, so if the expected appointment does not show up on their schedule after all, or in the way the alert told them it would, therapists become confused.

  8. We occasionally have in-salon events, pop up shops, shop small business saturday or similar & would love to be able to integrate it with boulevard so we can customize invites, charge a fee for special services offered if needed (ie: botox party), track RSVP's for planning purposes, etc...

  9. Example from a current issue: we have a group booking tag/emoji and it is supposed to only be added to appointments (not profiles) but it is currently on 185 client profiles. We want to remove this but we can't really spare the time to manually remove it form that many profiles, especially due to the fact that it could continue to happen and we would need to do all the work again.

    This actually applies to multiple appointment level tags so there are even more than that 185 that are effected.

Under our previous system (Booker), clients could walk in, select a gift certificate template, tell us who it was for, what they wanted included on the gift, add special messages, etc. and we could print a nice color gift certificate for them to take with them. While we were talking with the sales folks at Boulevard, I was led to believe that this is also possible with your system (this is in addition to clients being able to buy gift cards online themselves without our help).

    So far, I have not been able to find anything close to this with…

  15. In the custom message via the online gift card settings, it would be great to be able to customize text, like add line breaks, bold, italicize parts of the message to make messaging clearer to clients when needed.
    For example: when running a gift card promotion with several discount tiers, being able to display those amounts and corresponding offers nicely in the custom message area.

  16. There should be an option to include a secondary phone number in contact information. Sometimes clients want to provide both a work and cell number, or do not remember which phone number they have provided in the past.

  19. you need to alphabetize the "select category" dropdown list when adding new products. I'm tired of hunting for the correct category. because Blvd. doesn't do sub-categories like other systems i now have close to 100 categories to choose from when i add a product and IT'S NOT IN ALPHABETICAL ORDER!!!
