  3. Can we manually send confirmation/cancellation TEXTS? We've found most people don't check their email very often and believe they haven't received a confirmation if it is not via text.

Sometimes in the hustle & bustle of things we forget to change the duration of a clients appointment and then we either 1) have to go find their next appointment (which is no biggie) and adjust the time, but you have those instances where they do not rebook in studio and if they do it at home online and we don't catch it to adjust their appointment in time we are stuck.   12. When in the "Messages" tab in the client's profile. After typing out a message I really dislike having to use my mouse to click "send". I would like to just be able to hit "enter" to send a message.

  13. For hair color appointments, we would like to use Add-Ons to add haircuts; and use Modifiers for long/thick hair, conditioning treatments, etc.

    However, whenever Modifiers are selected, the Add-on service gets bumped to the top of the list of services. So the system schedules the haircut first then the color and modifiers. If no Modifiers are chosen, the Add-On is added correctly, after the base service.

    Can this be changed so that the Add-On service is always scheduled after the base service, regardless of whether Modifiers are selected?

  14. The business would like the ability to edit the client accommodations once they are opened. The business would like the ability to save 0 minute processing and finishing times under client accommodations which currently when you enter that into the edit appointment page, the line is removed and the accommodation only saves the duration time.

Need a way to get a list of these accommodations, filter if the accommodation is by price, duration, etc so that businesses can identify weaknesses or bottlenecks and either micromanage service providers to correct it or delete the inefficiencies. At current I believe there is no way to find these issues that potentially cost businesses time and money :P

  20. There should be an option to let any service be sold as a package > 1-10 sessions. Note very package we have requires more than 1 session, and some packages require more than 1 session. Adding this option to the service menu - instead of products only - would fix this problem.
