  2. It would be nice to add digital forms in the client/patient "Forms and Charts" tab as needed vs only the appointment, and/or the ability to upload PDF documents into Forms and Charts.

  3. This means I can pull up a client, and it will show branches of who they have referred as branches, and then break that down into additional branches of who those clients have referred. All leading back to the main client!

  4. I often use a laptop and ipad to chart at work. I am unable to add forms to chart on from the laptop/desktop version of Boulevard. Would be convienent and helpful to be able to do this from both devices.

  6. We would like to see better charting options such as the ability to enlarge photo comparisons, do side by sides with a slideshow. We would also love to be able to have the charting say the product that we are charting and not just a number

  8. Right now, I have to figure out a way to get forms to clients when they sign up for a membership, and there's no decent automated workflow available for this. It is cumbersome. So instead of trying to automate it, I send the forms myself... but this is counterintuitive for someone that is actively purchasing a membership, spending the money, and then receiving a contract to sign later on - after they've already committed themselves. It needs to happen in order, in the same workflow process.

    A new membership purchase might not be caught until later on in the day…

  13. This feature would add a new column or row in reports that automatically excludes vouchers from package sales. The functionality would:

    • Automatically identify and filter out vouchers associated with package sales in reports
    • Eliminate the need for manual filtering of packages with vouchers
    • Provide a more streamlined and accurate view of sales data
    • Save time and reduce potential errors in reporting

    This enhancement would improve the efficiency of report generation and analysis, allowing businesses to quickly access relevant sales data without the extra step of manually filtering out package vouchers.

  17. Once the Referral Program is activated, "Another client" ceases to exist as an option for Referral under a clients contact information. This may and has resulted in the inability to later manually edit / add another Client as a referring party when the Client who was referred pre exists as a client with completed appointments.

    We would like for "Another Client" To remain as an option even if the Referral Program is active.

  18. As a medical practice having the date and time a patient signs a form or a provider signs a chart is very important. Currently, each record shows a time stamp on the computer but this does not appear when it is printed. Having this printed would be very helpful for any medical legal issues. Thank you.
