  1. Commission reports are either turned off, and no one can see them, or they are turned on, and everyone can see them. There needs to be a way for each member only to see their commission reports.

  2. Clients are constantly confused by the online system asking them for card info every single time they make an appointment and then we have like 15 copies of the same two cards on file that we have to delete.

    Make it so they just have to update expired info or they just have to confirm the CCV security code when they make the appointment

  3. I would like to be able to duplicate a chart from one I've already signed. For example, I am seeing a patient for Botox, who I already saw 3 months ago and signed a chart on. I would like a button to "Duplicate" the chart from that 3-mo-ago visit, so I can edit it to reflect any changes we make at the current visit, but any other information that is still pertinent is carried forward!

  4. This partially involves some other ideas with booking notifications.

    It would be more convenient if there was a better notification, like a pop-up, for new appointments booked online. A lot of our time is spent on optimizing appointments and micromanaging them to maximize the number we can squeeze into a shift. The little bell in the upper right corner isn't as useful because it's clunky to navigate and deal with the individual appointments. Ideally, we're managing these appointments close to when they were booked so we can add in breaks and meal periods as well as move them if necessary…

  5. when looking at the history of a clients orders. when i open a specific order and then hit the back button, it redirects me to todays recent orders history of all clients instead of bringing me back to view the history of that specific client. having to type in the clients first and last name every single time i want to look into there individual account order history
    ie: All Orders--> clients name--> full order history--> specific date of order history -->hits back button-- All Orders.

    it should be :
    All Orders-->clients full purchase history-->Specific date-->back button-->clients full order history.

  7. Maybe this idea was already posted, but I just got the Duo. Sometimes we have clients who have already prepaid and the total for services is $0. We realized the Duo will close out the sale and not prompt the client to leave gratuity. We have to ask and manually enter the gratuity amount in the checkout window before running payment. We would like to still have them select a gratuity amount on their own via the iPad, based on value of the service. If they left cash, they can still skip it. Thanks!

  9. Be able to change the font from white to black. It is hard on the eyes to read white font on the calendar. Also the bookable time be able to change the shadow. I would like the non bookable to be in grey instead of white and the bookable time to be able to be in white instead of grey.

  10. I came from Vagaro and they had easy to read visual data charts. I am a visual person and numbers/text are hard to read. Having easy to read Data such as graphs, pie charts is ideal for business to see the numbers easier for visual people.

  13. Instead of a gentle "Your appointment has been cancelled", the No-Show message would hold a more appropriate tone if it was "You've been recorded as NO-SHOW for your appointment".

  14. When a client is charged for a late cancellation or no show, it does not show up under the providers commission and they should still be paid for that. There's also no way to easily track who was charged to add it in manually.

  16. Have a way for the Discount Reasons/Codes to be toggled off when not in use. Then we don't have to delete and readd when they are used again. This will keep reporting accurate, so the name isn't different from the first time it was used. It will also keep the checkout drop down list cleaner and quicker for the front desk teams to find their active promo/discount.

  18. My practice is experiencing challenges due to the absence of features allowing zooming and pitching of photos for before-and-after comparisons. Additionally, we encounter difficulties in importing photos from the patient gallery into our charting system because the system simply does not allow it. To address this issue, I've resorted to subscribing to a PICSART account, which appears counterintuitive and costly as I have to pay for a subscription just for photos.   19. We have so many patients that book the same appointments over and over and they are booking multiple weeks/months out at a time. It would be SO much easier to be able to copy and paste the current appointment on multiple dates.
