  1. When I go to checkout a person on the mobile app and then add products the keyboard will appear and immediately disappear. It is a very common flow that we are selling product during an appointment checkout and are not always at the computer to do so. This makes it difficult for us to use the mobile app as checkout vector.

  2. It would be great to give our patients the ability to monitor how many vouchers or product units units they have remaining on their account through the patient facing portal so they dont need to ask us and just "believe" what we tell them. It would be an added bonus for them to be able to SHARE their vouchers with another patient, especially if they are purchasing as gifts, etc.

  3. Providing us with metrics on the marketing campaigns that are sent out. I want to be able to see who it was sent to and who booked an appointment. Open rates etc.

  6. I understand your can send reminders for forms prior to appointments. However, we've run into a situation where forms weren't completed before hand and the patient some how made it past our front desk without completing them. There should be a way to send these forms to a patient after their appointment. The only way to do that now is to send them PDFs of the forms which is very inconvenient.

  7. We are creating holiday gift boxes and packages which contain several products from our retail lines. It would be incredibly helpful to be able to create these boxes/packages in a way that would edit the inventory of multiple retail products when we sell the boxes/packages. Please create this.

  10. Change the Text Language - Guests are coming in a day early because the language used in the booking and reminder texts is confusing them.

    "Free cancellation or modification before Thu, Mar 28, 2024 at 2:00pm CDT. After that, changes will result in a charge of 50% of your appointment total."

    We had 3 people in today come in alone. Happens A LOT. I think this is an unintended consequence.

  11. Since we are charged for multiple segments if the message is over 160 characters, there should be a character count on the messages so we can be aware of how many of our allotted messages we are using at a time.

  14. I would like to add to this and maybe have a reminder pop up when they late cancel within a certain timeframe that we can set?

    If its legal - take a step further and either have the system automatically charge them or put the late cancel charge in their cart/profile to show as needing to be check out by the front desk some how?

  17. Setting conditions for offer codes.
    Example Spend X on X = X Discount
    150 or more on gift card = 10% off
    spend 100 on X product line = 15% off
    Spend 200 in Spa Category = $20 off
    We can do this in house but when making sales online, especially gift cards, we cannot have it apply to all gift cards. setting a condition would be helpful

  18. The ability to sell memberships online but the next charge date can be set in the background. For example, a customer purchases a membership on the May 4th but their next billing date should be the June 1st.

  19. This feature would allow us to set a client accommodation that requires a deposit or payment in full upon booking from particular clients. This would help with clients that have a history of no-shows or chronic rescheduling.
