Send this follow-up after every appointment or only send follow-up if the client doesn't have any upcoming appointments.

Create template language for each type of reminder/ follow up that automatically goes out based on the presets.

Acuity has this automated email feature, which we've found extremely helpful for clients to let them know it's been 3 months since they did botox and likely time to book their next appointment.
At 2 weeks post botox appointment, it also auto reminds our clients that their botox has fully set in and to check in with us if they need a touch up.
