Send automatic follow-up emails after appointments to REMIND clients post appointment or to book their next appointment.
Preset for how many days i.e. 90 Day(s), 14 Day(s), after last appointment,
by appointment type.Send this follow-up after every appointment or only send follow-up if the client doesn't have any upcoming appointments.
Create template language for each type of reminder/ follow up that automatically goes out based on the presets.
Acuity has this automated email feature, which we've found extremely helpful for clients to let them know it's been 3 months since they did botox and likely time to book their next appointment.
At 2 weeks post botox appointment, it also auto reminds our clients that their botox has fully set in and to check in with us if they need a touch up.

When a client specifies an appointment time, service, and service provider and are added to the waitlist, it would be helpful to have a notification of this availability to be able to immediately schedule via the waitlist. Currently, if someone is on the waitlist and a position opens that would accommodate it, we must manually track these, call them, book them etc. It takes up too much time and if inefficient. Prior EMRs that we have used will text or email the person that it is available or book them itself. Clients should also not be able to add themselves to waitlist on days the schedule is not open either.
