I seriously want to know who designed this. Do they have any business experience or common sense? The fact that we even have to ask for this is absurd. As well as not having a mark as un read or select all option. The way these updates are being done is not innovative, If you had forward thinkers who truly understood the industries you are selling your product to this wouldn't be such an issue.

I can't even tell you how many almost arguments we've had and people pulling up their bank info looking back to see if they were charged, It is awkward and uncomfortably to everyone involved including other customers. Do you think these people rebook with us after having such a negative experience?
