    This would be huge for our practice, as we often have messages directed towards specific staff members that get missed due to the wrong person opening them.

    This has been a big issue at our practice! We often have totals ranging in the thousands, and many of our clients have prepaid services that are applied which means their card is only charged a fraction of the total value of the service. However, the iPad always shows total value...It gives people a heart attack lol
