I need to be able to set the online menu order for menus and packages - alphabetical is not good as our products are quantity based and sometimes we run promotions we want to appear at the top

We currently spend a lot of labor hours calling all of our clients with expiring vouchers and it would be lovely if there were automated emails or texts that went out.

Is there currently a way to reward someone for afriend referral? This is a good idea in the loyalty program. Or is it an offer?

We desperately need the checkout with the vouchers to be more transparent. I know the checkout shows the source of the voucher at the bottom, but for some reason it is overlooked by our staff no matter how many times we remind them. It's awful. We have a slightly tricky membership setup from before we transferred to boulevard and don't want to make a massive change that would affect nearly 1/3 of our monthly revenue.
If the vouchers section on the left-hand side of checkout just showed ALL the vouchers on the client's account with the numbers of them, then staff could choose which one to apply and which ones were applicable, it would solve so many problems. As it is, I am constantly having to audit the accounts and it's a headache because I can't see which voucher was applied in the sale. I'm begging you to improve this so we don't have to have so many clicks to see this - it's very difficult to train our front desk staff for consistency.

Another option to make vouchers redeemable for other services would be to have a button near the voucher in payment methods called "Exchange" which could bring up a sale to swap the voucher for a different voucher

Another one: it would be cool to be able to name vouchers so they don't show up as "Multiple Service Voucher" and name them according to the membership or sale, etc.

Also, we want a list of all vouchers on their account visible in all their checkouts.
We second the need for a visual icon on all appts in the calendar view for clients with vouchers AND clients who are active members. Special points for an icon that displays that they have the exact same voucher as the service they're booked for.

Also, ABSOLUTELY need a voucher history log. I want clients to be able to count their used and unused vouchers and see in a clear way that they've all been used and what exact sales they were used in. If they could pull up the receipt, even better.
CRITICAL because we are a membership driven business

MORE THAN ANYTHING We would like the ability to redeem vouchers for amount paid for the voucher for any sale and any service, regardless of redemption settings. For example, they have a voucher for service A but want service B, which isn't set up to be redeemed by the voucher. We want to be apply the cash value of the voucher to the sale, like a gift card, in that case, or it could just discount the service the amount paid, etc... Some similar override feature where we can apply vouchers to services that are not the "redeemable services" in the settings at their amount paid before tax.
Our meberships and packages are quantity based and I need to choose the order in the menu. Alphabetical is not good. It puts them in this order, 12, 1, 2, 22, 4, 6,
