Hey Folks! After reviewing some more, this request seems more focused on an app that clients would download to their devices. We're actively working on expanding our client-facing functionality, but we're going to start with a mobile-friendly browser experience before building out a mobile app. You can follow along on our progress for that client functionality here.

not all of our services are available for online booking. sometimes clients text to book appointments, and then the client has to call to give their credit card for our cancellation policy. it would be amazing if we could send them a link to create a client profile and let them add their credit card number that way, and then we could book them.

this is a CRUCIAL feature BLVD is lacking. i searched the help chat for days looking for this because i couldnt believe it didnt already exist. this feature should absolutely be at the top of the priority list
