On average, our default scheduling settings drive significant efficiency and increase business' service sales 30% in the first year using Boulevard. Have the ability to undo a service check-out. Sometimes clients want to checkout right away and pay or redeem a voucher before they are seen and then for one reason or another the service ends up not being performed. You cant undo the checkout or remove the service from the provider so then commission will be calculated for a service wasn't performed & the appointment will show in the clients history as if they were seen when they weren't. You also cant refund a voucher to return it to a clients account.

When someone uses the self check-in feature the system currently just moves them over to arrived without alerting staff who checked in. Create a feature that their name is highlighted or there is some alert to say "John Doe checked in" so staff knows who used self check-in for busier practices

Some services the provider makes a %, but others they make a dollar amount, but you cant set a dollar amount commission rate.
