    I don't understand why this feature was thought of previously. Its an ill designed program that would sell you a gift card, but not give you the ability to redeem the same gift card within the same platform. You are making customers think, which then becomes a problem for the business. The entire goal of the software is to help the business make more money by taking burdensome tasks off our plate. Our customers have to either enter their credit card in and pay for a gift card they already have in their possession or pick up the phone in frustration to call the location. Both are bad for business. Please fix this ASAP!

  2. Is there a way to a category within a category? So like one big category and then sub categories?
