   Yes, sometimes we need to have patients fill out follow-up forms tracking their symptoms but we cannot send them forms without an appointment!

    Please add a way to bulk download all patient notes (charts). The Print to PDF is glitchy and messes with the headers, and many patients want copies of their notes. I cannot reformat the notes so the headers are readable.

    please do this for notes as well. Some patients want all of their appointment notes and the "print to PDF" messes with the headers
