   99% of our guests leave a review, but have no idea that it is internal so it does nothing in terms of building visibility for our business as it would on Google. People are busy, they reviewed once, they don't want to take the additional step to login and submit it for another platform. We have hundreds of 5 star reviews that no one sees, and only 50 on google.

    We have it set up for someone to book what is listed as 'new client acupuncture appointment' which in the description explains that it includes a 15 min consult then a 30 min appt to follow and we have the duration set to block that room/provider for 60 min in our system for a 45 min visit. Or if have already had their consult/first visit, they would select 'returning client acupuncture' session which would be a 30 min appointment and that room/provider is blocked off for 45 min in our system.
