    Can we organize this so you can see WHERE they rescheduled from when we get a rescheduled change? From where to where!
    Not seeing that they rescheduled is pointless if we do not have a full view.

    It should show up clearly like a cancellation, with the original appointment, and the rescheduled appt marked.
