    Can we please offer an Affirm integration? I agree with Below, Cherry (and most of these companies fees) are extremely high. With BLVD's leverage in offering it to all of their clients I'm sure the way RepeatMD offers a flat rate you guys could offer this as a huge incentive for both the Spa owners as well as the clients. Direct payments and management through BLVD would be incredible. add a % onto the buy rate and make $ on all of the financing yourselves. win/win for everyone!

    Hello, any updates on this yet? It's been nearly 6 months since "in progress". Memberships still living under products is killing us. I'm now exploring 3rd party options and additional costs to manage and report on our memberships because of how cumbersome this is with as many members as we have grown to. Please help!

    Is there any update on a status for this? It appears to be over 2 years old. This absolutely necessary in our medical spa space. We’re moving to 3 new tiers of memberships and the membership “product” functionality to do some is becoming extremely prohibitive to our practice. I am now exploring 3rd party software to manage memberships with all of these limitations within blvds platform. For the extremely high and increasing monthly cost of Blvd (which we love for almost everything else) there needs to be a major overhaul of memberships. This is a massive part of our revenue in the Med Spa space and its only growing at a rapid pace in the industry.

    Modifiers are perfect for the med-spa space with the ability to force a modifier, cost and time but the no reporting is killing us. Add-on reports, but lacks the functionality from a booking perspective. please make this happen asap! :)

    Have there been any updates to this topic? Please consider that you're playing in the Med-Spa space now that these logs are critical to our operations. We are a busy practice and not having these time stamps is a gigantic pain-point for us.

    I want to thumbs up this 100x. It's killing us not having these timestamps of changes. I keep having to waste time bothering support to dig into issues. Both fo our other platforms had timestamps of every single change made, etc to appointments. I NEED this for so many facets of operating that it's really becoming an operational issue on our end. please make this happen asap!

    I need all logs of appointments. I'm dying without this. I keep asking for timestamps of any and all changes. It's hard to have no accountability for my desk staff as well as the clients, especially with disputes for no shows, etc.

    This is killing us right now! We are a busy Med-Spa and we communicate heavily with clients via text. Having these automated texts go out is an incredible asset to BLVD however having it automatically close our conversations that we're in with clients about treatments is completely unacceptable. Unless someone remembers who they were speaking to it's a massive headache to go back and find the message which may contain scheduling information, etc. Not a good look for us from a client perspective when we don't reach back out because our conversation was closed.
    This is 100% something that needs to be able to be turned on or off. We have 2 cases opened about this happening. Please push this to a high-level status.

    Hey Folks! After reviewing some more, this request seems more focused on an app that clients would download to their devices. We're actively working on expanding our client-facing functionality, but we're going to start with a mobile-friendly browser experience before building out a mobile app. You can follow along on our progress for that client functionality here.
