    Example If a client books a facial and wants to add on LED Light Therapy and it is not tied to a resource we will find ourselves overbooked.

    We are open Tuesday - Saturday. Clients get confused why there are several pages with waitlist. If a Staff member works only Wed and Thurs and the client does not know this than we have clients booking on a waitlist for staff and days that are not even available and or we are not even open.
