Yes! Being unable to combine appointments into a group or book it as a group appointment from the front desk is a big missing feature!

You should be able to combine the checkouts via the Front desk screen. (drag one appointment to checkout and then drag the second one on top of the checkout window) I do this all the time when people book multiple appointments in the same day and I don't feel like manually combining the actual appointments.

It is very frustrating that numbers aren't numbers and the dates are combined to include the time so Excel won't see it as a date. I find many reports to be very frustrating to manage once they are in Excel (but still light years beyond trying to filter and sort them in the report viewer)

I agree with Jeremy that a single location option to consolidate could be very useful. I am figuring out where to do what, but it is still weird to have different aspects of "products", "Staff/employees", "services" etc... on two different settings screens.
I am not sure how many customers are single location versus multiple, but it does add a layer of complexity, friction, and potentially frustration for a single location business.

It would be very helpful to have a method of setting up schedules for non-provider staff members. Right now we end up with a notebook with their schedule in it, but something they can see from their phone within Boulevard would be super handy!

We end up with a $0 miscellaneous Service in many places just so we can use the other card on file. It is much cleaner than selling them an account credit to use for the other person, but still not the easiest thing to make happen.
