    Hey Asenath, thank you for all your feedback! We've noticed that you've left comments across several ideas, many of which relate to booking. We're doing a lot of research on the next iteration of self-booking right now, so our product team will be reaching out soon to schedule a call with you to gather more feedback.


    On average, our default scheduling settings drive significant efficiency and increase business' service sales 30% in the first year using Boulevard. That said, we're also aware that the factory settings don't work for every business, and might not be the best fit for your business.     A helpful suggestion would be to implement a feature that allows users to view internal notes on appointments by simply hovering over them, instead of having to open the appointment. This would not only save time but also reduce the risk of accidental editing. Additionally, it would be beneficial to display the full title of a time block or provide a hover-over feature. This would enhance readability, particularly when the information within the time block is lengthy.

    I'm all for paying for the marketing expenses, and love the idea of the marketing suite. However, I believe the billing system is unfair. It's set at $2 for each email SENT.

    At one point, two of my daughters and my sister received services. I only levied a $30 product fee on my sister, and I didn't charge my daughters. However, I was billed for marketing emails sent to them, even though they never opened or read the emails.

    I only know this because I was curious of the marketing metrics and had to reach out to Boulevard to obtain a report detailing who we were charged for and who came in supposedly due to the marketing emails. To my surprise, I found my daughters and sister on the list. I asked if they ever received the emails and when they looked, they had but had NEVER even opened them.

    When I used Frederick via Booker, the billing process was transparent and equitable. I'm willing to pay more for marketing, but I need assurance that it's genuinely effective. Notably, my previous provider only charged for emails that were opened and resulted in direct bookings through the link in the email. An up to date report was always available of who received emails, who opened emails and who booked through the email.

    I don't mind paying for the marketing but I don't think the charging is fair. It i $2 per SENT email. 2 of my daughters and sister came in for a service and I only charged my sister a $30 product fee and did not charge my daughter but was charged for their marketing emails even though they NEVER OPENED OR READ the email. I also had to contact Boulevard to get a report of who we were charged for. When I saw my daughters on there I was shocked. When I had Frederick through Booker, the charging was transparent and fair. I don't mind paying more but I need to know the marketing is effective.
